I discovered a fantastic online tool the other day at work. It’s called Website Grader and basically grades your website by measuring its web traffic, search engine-friendliness, social popularity, and several other technical factors.
You simply have to enter your website address and wait for the result to come up. It doesn’t take more than a few seconds. The report gives you several indicators on how your website is performing, as well as some general advices on how to make it more search engine-friendly. It’s pretty useful if you’re not really familiar with search engine optimization as it actually tells you what’s wrong, why it’s wrong, and how to make up for all this wrongness. Oh, and I forgot to tell you… it’s entirely free!
I’ve used a few similar tools in the past, but I find this one pretty good. It actually reminded to set up a permanent redirect for one of the websites I’m working on. This tool is run by American internet marketing company HubSpot. They also provide tools to grade your Facebook page, Twitter page…
