I see quite a few people using <a href="http://tinyurl.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">TinyURL</a> and <a href="http://bit.ly/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">bit.ly</a> on Twitter, where the service can be very useful because of the character limit (160 characters maximum). My favorite URL shortener is by far <a href="http://www.moourl.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">moourl</a>.
